Served in U.S. Army, 1959, and U.S. Army Reserve, 1960-66. Vice-Chair, Prince George's County Democratic Central Committee, 1968-70. Member, American, Maryland State and Prince George's County Bar Associations. Member, Marlborough Inn of Court.
