Born in Baltimore, Maryland, June 25, 1930. Attended Baltimore City College. Served in U.S. Air Force, 1951-55. University of Baltimore, A.A., 1956; University of Baltimore School of Law, J.D., 1958. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1958. Member, Maryland State Bar Association. National College of the Judiciary, 1975 (faculty advisor, 1978).
