Final Plan due June 30, 2000.

The Governor formed the Maryland Child-Care Business Partnership in October 1998 (Executive Order 01.01.1998.26). The Partnership advised the Secretary of Human Resources on strategies and resources with which to increase the availability of child care for working families with limited incomes. The Partnership also developed plans for using public funds to increase child-care resources for low-wage workers.

On June 30, 1999, the Partnership's preliminary plan was submitted, and on June 30, 2000, its final plan.
